Is switching accountants painful?
Not on your end — we contact your existing accountant, request the handover information (professional clearance) and migrate your records. Most clients don't need to do anything.
What's actually included in the fee?
Everything listed on your plan, plus unlimited advice by phone or email. No hourly billing and no surprise invoices — if the scope changes, we agree a new fixed fee first.
Do I need to use Xero?
We're a Xero Platinum partner and it's included in every plan, but we can also work with your existing software if you'd rather not switch.
Can you help if I've missed a deadline or got a fine?
Yes — we deal with HMRC directly, get your filings current, and in many cases can appeal penalties on your behalf.
