I'm nervous about the dentist — what do you do differently?
We start every new patient with an unhurried consultation, explain each step before we do it, and never rush a treatment plan. Tell us you're nervous when you book and we'll adjust the whole visit around it.
Are your costs upfront?
Yes — every treatment on our price list is the price you pay. For larger plans we agree the full cost in writing before any work starts.
Do you take NHS patients?
We're a private practice only, which means longer appointments, no rationed treatment options, and same-week availability — we're happy to talk through why that's worth it for your situation.
I've got toothache right now — can you see me?
We hold same-day emergency slots every day we're open. Call or WhatsApp us and we'll get you seen as quickly as possible.
